I am passionate about fixed-rate pricing models
because I believe that hourly-rates work against you and force the
clients to compare and focus on price rather than the total experience
and overall value of your service.
Over the past few weeks we have worked with a
select number of virtual assistants who have specialist skills to create
fixed rate client service packages that are within a specific category.
We have trialled the model and ironed out most of the glitches and can
now provide you with the details of this new initiative and invite you
to be part of it – at whatever level suits your business.
Package 1: Social Media
We have developed a range of fixed-rate packages in
this category that offers clients (and VAs) a social media branding and
maintenance service.
Package 2: Marketing Assessment and Plan
We have created an assessment process that provides
us with information on where you would like your business to go to and
what you are doing now. We then provide you with recommendations on how
to fill the gaps.
Our Structure:
When a client or VA retains Our One Team we
immediately appoint a Client Manager who is responsible for
communicating with the client. The client manager then delegates the
routine work to a team of VAs to follow a planned work schedule.
